CALL FOR ELECTION COMMITTEE MEMBERS
All Chapter members of ISOC-ECC are kindly invited to propose members for the Election Committee 2007. The members of the Election Committee must be members of the ISOC-ECC Chapters. The proposed member should not be a candidate for the the new Executive Committee nor a voting delegate for the elections. The same applies to the current Execom members and other appointed officials of ISOC-ECC.
The period for sending proposal is from 12th to 19th of March. The Execom will review the candidates and mail their names to the Council list. In case not sufficient number of Election Committee members are proposed by the membership then the Execom will self nominate the Election Committee members and will send their names to the ISOC-ECC list for approval. Please mail your proposals to the Execom mailing list (ecc-board@isoc-ecc.org).
The role of the Election Committee members is to monitor the elections and to assure that they are led in line with ISOC-ECC bylaws.
